Crying It Out

Making babies cry it out is the worst, but it works. For the past 2 days, our little Truman has been crying his eyes out it feels like. It kills me. His little cry is heart-breaking. It was just getting so hard to make him fall asleep. I had to rock him in a quiet, dark place for like 20 minutes. Let me tell you, with Annie around, there are not a lot of places and times like that. It was getting so hard and we were all so frustrated. So we started letting him cry it out so he can learn to go to sleep on his own. Last night, i laid him down at 7, he cried for about an hour, but then he slept until almost 7 this morning. It was awesome. Now if we can get the naps down, things would be amazing. That is... if last night is repeated. We'll see.
